No, you do not have to. AHB Finance is 100 percent digital. You share documents through our secure online platform and we talk by phone or video call. That also works when you are abroad or working outside office hours. Would you rather meet in person? Of course, that is always possible too. Your call.
We advise you in German, English and Polish. You get the same service in your own language, whether it is authority mail, contracts or tax questions. No language barrier, no misunderstandings.
Absolutely. A large part of our clients are in exactly that situation: well integrated in Switzerland but with a mother tongue other than German. We know the typical stumbling blocks, from authority mail to social security to tax returns, and we guide you safely through every step.

No. Ongoing communication, short follow-up questions, a quick call about a letter from the authorities - that is simply part of our work and included in the flat fee. We do not count emails or minutes. What we do flag: for clearly larger pieces of work (a complex tax procedure, a deep analysis), we talk about the scope upfront. No surprise invoices, ever.
